Confetti popcorn

  • 4 cups regular popped popcorn
  • 4 cups caramel corn
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups confetti sprinkles


  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Add both types of popcorn to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Once the butter is melted add the marshmallows. Using a rubber spatula mix until all the marshmallows have melted.
  4. Working quickly pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and mix until all the popcorn has been coated. Scatter the sprinkles all over the coated popcorn and continue to mix until all the sprinkles are evenly distributed.
  5. Arrange the coated popcorn onto the prepared baking sheets and spread evenly. Let completely cool. Once cooled break the popcorn into bite size pieces and enjoy!
