Ingredients
1 block extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons tamari
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Directions
Add tofu, tamari, garlic powder and nutritional yeast to a bowl and stir until well coated.
Spray the air fryer with olive oil before adding the tofu.
Air fry at 390° F for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once ready, add to your favourite salad or serve with rice and some maple tamari glaze.
