Crispy tofu

A plant-based protein snack that's easy to make!



  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast


  1. Add tofu, tamari, garlic powder and nutritional yeast to a bowl and stir until well coated.
  2. Spray the air fryer with olive oil before adding the tofu. 
  3. Air fry at 390° F for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 
  4. Once ready, add to your favourite salad or serve with rice and some maple tamari glaze. Enjoy!
