2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2.5 centimeter chunks
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey
1 teaspoon (4 g) ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon (3 g) kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper
1/2 lime, juiced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Stir sweet potatoes with oil, honey, cumin, salt and cayenne on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until tender and golden, 30 to 35 minutes, tossing halfway.
