Dalgona dessert

  • 10-12 of your favourite cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup dalgona whipped coffee
  • 1/4 cup chopped chocolate

Dalgona whipped coffee:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water


  1. To a dessert glass or bowl add the crushed cookies. Top with whipped cream and dalgona whipped coffee. Garnish with chopped chocolate and enjoy!

Dalgona whipped coffee:

  1. Combine instant coffee, sugar and water to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until desired thickness. If using a whisk this will take anywhere from five to ten minutes. Using a hand blender will quicken the process to three to five minutes.
  2. *Essentially you need equal parts of each ingredient - increase the amounts for larger batches.
