Ingredients

10-12 of your favourite cookies, crushed

1 cup whipped cream

1 cup dalgona whipped coffee

1/4 cup chopped chocolate
Dalgona whipped coffee:

2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons hot water
Directions
- To a dessert glass or bowl add the crushed cookies. Top with whipped cream and dalgona whipped coffee. Garnish with chopped chocolate and enjoy!
Dalgona whipped coffee:
- Combine instant coffee, sugar and water to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until desired thickness. If using a whisk this will take anywhere from five to ten minutes. Using a hand blender will quicken the process to three to five minutes.
- *Essentially you need equal parts of each ingredient - increase the amounts for larger batches.
