Add ice cream, tahini and cream to a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Drizzle the inside of the chilled milkshake glass with chocolate sauce. Pour milkshake into the glass and top with a dollop of tahini whipped cream, a scattering of chocolate shavings and some toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Tahini whipped cream:
In a stand mixer, or using a hand blender whip cream and sugar. Once the creams begins to take shape, add the tahini. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
