Fresh rice rolls steamed with garlic soy

Fresh, veggie-packed spring rolls to bring the summer flavour to the dinner table.

Ingredients
- 4 fresh rice rolls
- 1/2 cup canola or peanut oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/3 piece of jalapeño, finely chopped
- 4 sprigs cilantro, for garnish
- 2 stalks green onion, for garnish
- Fried garlic and shallots, for garnish
- Fresh cut chillies, for garnish
Directions
- Set up the steamer to reheat fresh rice rolls for around seven to 10 minutes (the microwave also works for two to four minutes).
- Heat up the oil until it is smoking. Switch off and pour in the soy sauce and garlic and jalapeño.
- Pour over the rice rolls, and cut up the rice rolls to mix around the sauce.
- Finish with your preferred choice of garnish including fresh chillies, herbs, and fried garlic and shallots. Serve and enjoy!
