Ingredients

100 grams of mozzarella cheese

100 grams Emmental cheese

200 grams of prosciutto cotto or ham (a large slice of 1 centimeter thick)

2 eggs

Breadcrumbs

Sunflower oil
Directions
- First cut the slice of ham into 2x2 centimeter pieces (Note that it must be one centimeter thick).
- Then cut the two kinds of cheese into two centimeter cubes.
- Punch on a skewer, in order, a piece of prosciutto, a piece of cheese and a second piece of prosciutto (You should be able to prepare 12 to 15 skewers with this amount of ingredients).
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Pour the bread crumbs into another bowl.
- Dip each skewer in the beaten egg, before dipping it in the breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the process so that each skewer is covered with two layers of bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the kebabs until golden brown on all sides.
- Cooking should take about three minutes. Serve skewers warm with marinara sauce.
