1/2 cup rice flour

1 liter club soda

2 liters oil for frying

Half cup mayonnaise

100 milliliters sriracha

100 milliliters hot sauce

2 tablespoons plum sauce

Sesame seeds

Chives or green onions

Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oil to 325F in a heavy bottom pan. Whisk club soda into flour until it creates a loose paste. Toss the shrimp in the batter and drop in pan and fry for approximately six to eight minutes.
- In a side bowl mix mayo, sriracha, buffalo sauce and plum sauce.
- Lightly toss shrimp in sauce and serve with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
