1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) canola oil

3 mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) onions, chopped fine

454 grams pizza dough, prepared, uncooked

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) butter, room temperature

1 cup (240 milliliters) pizza sauce

227 grams fresh mozzarella ball, shredded

1/4 cup (60 milliliters) spinach, chopped

1 tomato, sliced

1/2 bunch fresh basil, leaves only

1/2 cup (120 milliliters) pepperoni
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 F (260 C)
- Heat oil in a sauté pan or skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms and onions, cook on high, stirring often, until crispy. Set aside.
- Butter a 60 x 45 centimeter sheet pan. Lay out the premade pizza dough so that it covers the entire pan.
- Using the back of a ladle, spread out pizza sauce evenly accross the rolled out dough, stopping a half-inch before the edge, to create a space for the crust.
- Cover the pizza in shredded mozzarella.
- On one half, add chopped spinach, tomato, basil and mushrooms. On the othe half, add the pepperoni.
- Bake pizza in the oven for ten minutes until bubbling and brown
- Take pizza out, cut, and serve.
