4 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise

2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) olive oil

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) salt

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) ground black pepper

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
- Arrange zucchini sliced-side up on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until soft and browned.
