Grapefruit and rosemary spritzer

  • 60 milliliters fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 45 milliliters of gin
  • 30 milliliters of fresh lemon juice
  • Stevia Simple Syrup to taste (2 teaspoons)
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Grapefruit slice
  • Optional: Pinch of Himalayan sea salt


  1. Combine grapefruit juice, gin, lemon juice, Stevia Simple Syrup, one sprig of crushed rosemary in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake to combine.
  3. Strain into a glass filed with ice.
  4. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary, a grapefruit wedge, and a dash of sea salt (if using).
  5. Optional: Pour over sparkling water to make it into a delicious spritzer.
