473 milliliters (16 ounces) whisky

177 milliliters (6 ounces) local honey syrup

8 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- Blend one part local honey and one part water on gentle heat to dissolve honey and let cool. Can keep for a week sealed in the fridge.
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour over ice, stir, garnish with a lemon zest or marigold and serve.
