Pico de Gallo
3 fresh tomatoes, finely diced
1 large red onion, finely diced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped (for desired heat)
1 lime, juiced with pulp
1 lemon, juiced with pulp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Finely dice the tomatoes and combine them with the diced onion, jalapeños, and chopped cilantro in a medium bowl.
Add the lemon and lime juice with pulp, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a decorative bowl and serve with nacho chips of your choice.
