Green grape sorbet

  • 3 cups green grapes, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water


  1. In food processor, combine grapes, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest (if using). Blend, slowly pouring water in and scraping down sides, until smooth. Serve immediately in frozen bowls or sorbet dishes.
