Leftover white or brown rice can be quickly turned into a delicious dessert with only a few ingredients that you would have at hand in your own kitchen. Rice pudding made with milk or coconut milk, sweetened with honey, spiced with cinnamon and almonds for a crunch. You can substitute almonds for your favourite nuts, granola or even chocolate chips.
1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Divide in small mason jars with lids.
