These infused waters are flavourful and so refreshing. Use up those half-cut lemons and limes and those leftover wilted herbs to infuse your waters. Softened strawberries pureed make for a delicious flavour boost as well. Tip, Fill mason jars 3/4 way up with ice for nice cold drinks and they also make great ice packs for your picnic eats.
1. Fill mason jars 3/4 way up with ice.
2. In one jar, add lemon, lime wedges and herbs. Top with cold water and stir.
3. In another jar, add 1 -2 tbsp berry puree, you can even mix the berry flavours together. Top with cold water and stir. You can even add mint or basil with the berries.
