2 ½ cups frozen green peas

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup lime juice

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon hot sauce

1 small tomato, finely diced

¼ cup chopped cilantro

Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Place peas in a colander under running water until just thawed. Shake peas of any moisture and transfer to food processor.
- Add sour cream, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and hot sauce. Pulse until smooth, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Stir in tomato and cilantro, and serve with tortilla chips.
