250 grams small wheel of brie (use camembert as a substitute if need be)
Extra virgin olive oil
Freshly cracked black pepper
Drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar
Finely chopped strawberries, for garnish
Finely chopped basil, for garnish
Directions
Rub the wheel in extra Virgin olive oil. Add freshly cracked pepper to both sides of the oiled brie. Sear both sides of the brie for three minutes on medium heat in a grill pan.
Place brie on platter and drizzle aged balsamic vinegar. Add finely chopped strawberries & basil.
