Grilled sangria mocktail

This drink is a summertime favourite - it's sweet, tart and slightly smokey from the grilled fruit. It’s the perfect make-ahead drink to serve when you want something impressive to pull out of the fridge that the entire family can enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) fresh cherries, pits removed
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 peach, pit removed and sliced
- 3 cups (750ml) red grape juice
- 1 cup (250ml) apple juice
- 1 cup (250ml) peach juice
- 3 cups (750ml) lime-flavoured sparkling water
- Fresh mint, for serving
Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat- 450-475°.
- Skewer cherries with a metal grill skewer. Grill all fruit over direct heat for one to two minutes per side, until light grill marks are achieved.
- Set aside to cool.
- Add fruit to a pitcher (reserving some for garnish) and top with juices/sparkling water. Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve over ice, and garnish with some grilled fruit and mint. Enjoy!
