Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1-2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1/2 cup sweet onion, finely minced

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/2 jalapeno (seeds removed), finely chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Finely chop the garlic and jalapeno and set aside.
- Slice the avocados in half and twist the two halves apart. Remove the pit and discard. Scoop the green flesh into the bowl with the chilies and garlic. Mash together.
- Add the cilantro, onion and tomato then mix together.
- Season with salt and finish with fresh squeezed lime juice.
