Guava daiquiris
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 mL) pink or red guava purée
- 2 cups (500 mL) ice
- 2 ounces (60 mL) coconut rum
- 1 ounce (30 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) simple syrup
- Strawberries for garnishing
- Lime slices for garnishing
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and whir until completely blended like a smoothie. Taste and sweeten with more simple syrup if necessary.
- Pour into two 12 ounce glasses, garnish and serve.
