Guava daiquiris

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125 mL) pink or red guava purée
  • 2 cups (500 mL) ice
  • 2 ounces (60 mL) coconut rum
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) simple syrup
  • Strawberries for garnishing
  • Lime slices for garnishing

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whir until completely blended like a smoothie.  Taste and sweeten with more simple syrup if necessary.
  2. Pour into two 12 ounce glasses, garnish and serve.
