1 cup (125 mL) pink or red guava purée

2 cups (500 mL) ice

2 ounces (60 mL) coconut rum

1 ounce (30 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice

1/3 cup (80 mL) simple syrup

Strawberries for garnishing

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and whir until completely blended like a smoothie. Taste and sweeten with more simple syrup if necessary.
- Pour into two 12 ounce glasses, garnish and serve.
