Harley Pasternak's get-up-and-go smoothie

If anyone is going to motivate us to get into the morning smoothie routine, it's celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. After all, if it's good enough for the Hollywood elite, then it's good enough for us, right? Try his recipe tomorrow morning!



  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 blood orange, peeled
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon local honey
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Mix in a blender and go!
