Homemade ketchup

A healthier alternative to the often sugary store bought option. 



  • 310 grams of strained tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice


  1. Mix all ingredients into a medium bowl
  2. Add mixture to a small pot, bring to a boil and stir (with a wooden spoon) at a low heat for 10-12 minutes or until desired consistency.
  3. Store in the fridge. Keeps for one week.
