Instant pot rice pilaf

Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice or basmati rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh herbs finely chopped (i love the combination of parsley, mint and thyme)
Directions
- Rinse the rice two to three times under running water,
- Place the rice, chicken stock, olive oil and fresh herbs in the insta pot.
- Cover and turn on the SEAL function then turn on MANUAL and HIGH and cook for eight minutes. Release the pressure according to the instructions of the machine.
- Fluff using a fork, season with additional salt and pepper.
