Ingredients
Tuna salad mix

1/4 cup sugar-free mayo

2 celery stalks

1/2 cup dill pickles or olives, chopped

114 grams tuna, drained

1-2 teaspoon mustard

1/4 cup purple onion, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste
Topping

28 grams shredded dairy-free or lactose-free cheese

1/4 teaspoon paprika
For serving

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the salad ingredients until well combined.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tuna mix on top of the bread, sprinkle cheese on top of the salad mix, then top with paprika.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes. Serve each open-faced sandwich with some leafy greens drizzled with olive oil.
