Mango avocado salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup, chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 avocado, seeded and cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup, radishes cut into matchsticks
  • 1/4 cup, sweet white onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup, chopped fresh coriander
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Bibb lettuce to serve

Directions

1. Add mango, tomatoes, avocado, radishes, onion, coriander, lime juice, and salt to a bowl. Mix to combine.

2. Arrange bibb lettuce on a platter, and stuff with salsa to serve.
