Mexican hot fudge sundae sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup espresso
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- To a pot add cream and espresso and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiled, remove from heat and add chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk until completely incorporated and smooth. Let cool completely.

Use vanilla bean ice cream, and top your sundaes with this sauce and these toppings:
- Real maraschino cherries
- Toasted pine nuts
- Other toasted nuts
- Shortbread cookies
- Caramel corn
- Coconut chocolate chips
- Candied pistachios
- Pie crust crumble
- Dark chocolate chips
- Vanilla whipped cream
