Ingredients

1 bunch minari (Korean Dropwort), 6-8 ounces

1 scallion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Salt to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon)
Directions
- Wash the minari thoroughly.
- In a pot, bring ten cups of water to a boil with a couple of pinches of salt.
- Blanch the minari until wilted, 30-45 seconds.
- Quickly remove it from the pot and shock in cold water.
- Drain and gently squeeze to remove excess water from the minari.
- In a small bowl, add the minced garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil with the minari, and mix well.
- Serve as a side dish.
