Mini pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 ball store bought pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted toppings of your choice such as; pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushrooms, pineapple, peppers - anything your grad loves on their pizza - it’s their day!!

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375° and spray a muffin tin with non stick cookie spray.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, to about 23 x 13” rectangle (it doesn’t have to

be perfect!). Using a round cookie cutter cut out circles of dough and nestle them into the

muffin tins. Top the dough with a bit of the pizza sauce, some toppings and a scattering of

cheese.

Bake the mini pizzas in the pre-heated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges begin

to take on some colour and the cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!
