Mini sized pull apart cheese bread

Usually this dish is done with large sourdough loaves - but why not make them personalized with a smaller kaiser roll. Everyone gets their own so now you have an excuse not to share with others - stuffed with three kinds of cheese and basted with garlic butter. Plus the smaller loaves means the cheese melts faster with means you can eat it that much faster.

Ingredients

  • 3 large kaiser buns
  • 1 cheddar
  • Creamy brie
  • Parmesan
  • Garlic butter
  • Maldon salt

Directions

  1. Mix grated white Cheddar and crumbled brie in a bowl.
  2. Make three slits into the kaiser, one length wise and two across. (if you feel like you can do more cuts don't be shy, just be mindful it doesn't fall apart). Stuff all the slits with cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 375-400 and brush with garlic butter. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Grate fresh parmesan cheese over top and finish with maldon salt.
