Turkey Clubhouse 7-layer Dip

This is a fun take on the classic layered dip that most folks know and love. Taking inspiration from the components of a turkey clubhouse sandwich, this layered dip has a ton of great textures thanks to roast turkey, crispy bacon, and pickles.

Ingredients
- 8 pieces white bread, quartered on the diagonal
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cream cheese, brought to room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pickle brine
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups finely chopped roast turkey meat
- 1/2 cups finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped crispy bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place white bread pieces on a large baking sheet and cook until lightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Place mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream and pickle brine in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a transparent serving dish and use a spatula to create a smooth base layer.
- Top evenly with a layer of roast turkey meat, pickles, bacon, cheddar, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- If you are not serving immediately, hold off the chopped tomato and lettuce layers and keep the dip covered in the fridge before adding the final layers.
- Serve with toast points and additional crackers or tortilla chips if desired. Enjoy!
