In a large bowl combine the turkey, onion and garlic powder, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper and mix. Add in the zucchini, carrot, parsley, and cheddar cheese.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the meatloaf mixture and shape into a large hand. Top with Gruyere cheese. Place the almonds in place of the fingernails.
Bake in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or about 20-25 minutes.
Switch to broil function on your oven and allow the cheese to brown and blister.
Remove from the oven, serve on a bed of mashed potatoes, and use ketchup to have some fun to mimic blood!
