Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped into thick chunks
  • 2 medium onions, cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup snow or sweet peas
  • 1 carrot, randomly chunked
  • 455 grams beef, thinly sliced into strips or preferably shaved
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sake or white wine

Directions

  1. In a pot, heat oil and brown off your meat to get some colour and then add in your carrots, potato.
  2. Cook out until all vegetables are beginning to get softer or have some nice colour to them.
  3. Add in the water and cook until everything is tender and delicious *approximately 30 minutes on a simmer*
  4. Add in the soy sauce, sugar, sake or white wine and peas.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot!
