Turn bbq on to a medium heat. Stretch pizza dough out to form any shape you want (I shape mine into an oval). Brush one side of the dough with oil and place on grill oil side down. Let the dough grill for about five minutes, or until underneath is cooked and has nice grill marks.
While the dough is grilling, mix the pulled chicken with one cup of the cherry BBQ sauce.
Once the dough has some grill marks, flip and slather with remaining one cup of BBQ sauce. Top with coated chicken, bacon bits, green onions, caramelized onions and cheeses. Close the lid and let the cheeses melt, about five to seven minutes.
Remove from the BBQ, sprinkle with arugula, slice and enjoy!
Cherry BBQ sauce:
Add all ingredients to a small pot, mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
