2 cups sliced dill pickles (drained and patted dry)

1/2 cup all purpose flour

Salt and pepper

1 large egg

2 tablespoons water

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Non-stick cooking spray

Ranch dressing, for dipping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line and spray a baking sheet generously with non-stick cooking spray.
- On a plate mix together flour with a big pinch of salt and pepper. On another place whisk together egg and water. Lastly mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on another plate.
- Dip pickle slices in flour, then egg, and lastly the breadcrumbs to coat. Arrange slices in one layer on a baking sheet and spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve alongside ranch dressing for dipping.
