Overnight oats


  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, brown sugar, maple syrup)
  • Add ins: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, toasted nuts, chia, hemp or flax seeds.


  1. Combine all ingredients in empty peanut butter jar. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  2. Cover and set in the refrigerator for at least six hours, or overnight.
  3. Open and serve.
