1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup milk

1/2 cup yogurt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1-2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, brown sugar, maple syrup)

Add ins: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, toasted nuts, chia, hemp or flax seeds.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in empty peanut butter jar. Stir with a spoon to combine.
- Cover and set in the refrigerator for at least six hours, or overnight.
- Open and serve.
