45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) brandy

8 milliliters (0.25 ounce) Chocolate Liqueur

20 milliliters (0.75 ounce) lemon juice

15 milliliters (0.5 ounce) Simple syrup

Egg white
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake for four to five seconds. Open up the tin, add ice and shake for another 10-12 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon oils over top.
