Polar punch

Ingredients

  • 15 milliliters St. Rémy VSOP brandy
  • 15 milliliters Appleton rum
  • 59 milliliters sparkling wine
  • 30 milliliters green tea
  • 44 milliliters apple cider
  • 15 milliliters lemon juice
  • 15 milliliters simple syrup

EQUIPMENT

  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Spice grater

Directions

  1. Combine brandy, rum, green tea, apple cider and simple syrup in a shaker.Add ice and shake vigorously. Add sparkling wine into the filled shaker. 
  2. Strain contents into a coupe glass.
  3. Pro Tip: keep coupe in the freezer until you are about to serve to ensure the coldest drink.
