Ingredients

680 grams pork tenderloin, cut into cubes

1/3 cup (80 milliliters) lemon juice

1/3 cup (80 milliliters) olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) dried oregano

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) onion powder

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) salt

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) pepper
For serving:

4 Greek pitas, warmed

Chopped red onions

Chopped tomatoes

Tzatziki (see recipe)
Directions
- Add cubed pork tenderloin, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and massage to coat pork thoroughly. Set aside to marinate for ten minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Transfer marinated pork to hot skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping periodically, until cooked through.
- Serve with warm Greek pitas, red onions, chopped tomatoes, and Tzatziki (see recipe).
