Pumpkin spice latte
Ingredients
Pumpkin spice:
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Latte:
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (espresso)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons tinned pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- Sweetened whipped cream (in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip)
Directions
- For the pumpkin spice, add all spices in a bowl, and mix to combine.
- In a mug whisk together coffee, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and white sugar until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- Next, steam milk in milk frother, and pour over coffee.
- Pipe whipped cream on top of latte, and dust with a little bit of extra pumpkin spice.
