Ingredients
Pumpkin spice:

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Latte:

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (espresso)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

2 tablespoons tinned pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup whole milk

Sweetened whipped cream (in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip)
Directions
- For the pumpkin spice, add all spices in a bowl, and mix to combine.
- In a mug whisk together coffee, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and white sugar until smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- Next, steam milk in milk frother, and pour over coffee.
- Pipe whipped cream on top of latte, and dust with a little bit of extra pumpkin spice.
