Rainbow sangria

This white wine sangria recipe is built by layering juicy and refreshing fruit like blackberries, mango, kiwi and pineapple, and will instantly become your favourite summer drink!

Ingredients
Rainbow Sangria
- 1 bottle dry Spanish white wine, super chilled
- 1/2 cup white sherry
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 limes, 2 juiced and 2 sliced
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 bottle of Cava for topping up
Garnish
- 3 cups blackberries
- 3 cups blueberries
- 6 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups mango, diced
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
Directions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the white wine, sherry, sugar, limes, lime juice, and oranges until combined. Let sit in the fridge and chill for a couple of hours.
- When ready to serve, layer the fruit like a rainbow in a tall glass— evenly paddle the wine mixture into six glasses and top each one with a splash of Cava.
