Ingredients
2 lbs. shrimp cleaned
1 medium onion diced
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons tomato paste
Salt to taste
1-1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin and fennel.
Once it’s fried, add finely chopped garlic and onion and fry until brown.
Add turmeric powder and tomato paste and stir for a bit.
Add cleaned shrimp, pour 90ml water and close and cook for ten minutes.
Open to stir, and then cook for another five minutes.
Add salt according to taste and serve.
