Rall curry

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. shrimp cleaned
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin and fennel.
  2. Once it’s fried, add finely chopped garlic and onion and fry until brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder and tomato paste and stir for a bit.
  4. Add cleaned shrimp, pour 90ml water and close and cook for ten minutes.
  5. Open to stir, and then cook for another five minutes.
  6. Add salt according to taste and serve.
