Rall curry
Ingredients

2 lbs. shrimp cleaned

1 medium onion diced

3-4 cloves of garlic

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon fennel

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons tomato paste
-
Salt to taste

1-1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin and fennel.
- Once it’s fried, add finely chopped garlic and onion and fry until brown.
- Add turmeric powder and tomato paste and stir for a bit.
- Add cleaned shrimp, pour 90ml water and close and cook for ten minutes.
- Open to stir, and then cook for another five minutes.
- Add salt according to taste and serve.
