Raspberry lemonade

Now, it just wouldn’t be a picnic without a nice glass of refreshing lemonade. When life gives you lemons - and we’ve had our fair share of lemons over the last few weeks - you make lemonade. Raspberry lemonade actually! And it’s a lot easier than you might think.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4-1/2 cups water
- 6 lemons, juice
- 1 cup raspberries
Directions
- In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar with the water over medium-high heat. Once dissolved, allow it to cool completley. Once the syrup has cooled, add the raspberries into a large pitcher and lightly muddle them using a wooden spoon to release some of the juices. Add the lemon juice, syrup, and water. Mix well.
- Serve immediately over ice or store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
