Earl grey cold brew tea with vanilla cold foam

  • 1 batch cold brew tea using loose leaf earl grey
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place the cold brew tea in a tall glass with some ice (add sweetener if desired)
  2. Add the milk, simple syrup and vanilla to a tall container and use an immersion blender to froth the milk.  This will take about 30-45 seconds.
  3. Slowly spoon the frothed milk into the glass with the iced tea.
