Bring in-season rhubarb and creamy goat cheese together in this dreamy dessert.

Ingredients
40ml water
A few drizzles of honey
A few pinches of ground black pepper
2 stalks rhubarb sliced half inch thick
A small handful of finely chopped mint
125gr goat cheese
Directions
Add water, honey, and black pepper to a large saute pan and reduce on medium heat for two to three minutes or until the texture thickens
Add rhubarb to the pan and cook down for three minutes
Add orange zest, and vanilla extract and gently stir and cook for one to two minutes or until liquid is nicely reduced and almost looks like a glaze. Then remove the pan from heat.
In a small mixing bowl, add mint to goat cheese and combine together.
Place goat cheese on a dinner plate and drizzle cooked/glazed rhubarb on top. Enjoy!
