½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon grainy mustard

2 celery stalks, chopped

½ small onion, chopped

2 tablespoons capers, chopped

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 6-ounce cans chunk tuna, drained

Salt

4 thick slices crusty sourdough bread

4 ounces old cheddar, grated
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine mayonnaise, grainy mustard, celery, onion, capers, and pepper to a bowl. Add tuna and stir to combine. Season with salt. Place sourdough bread slices on baking sheet and top each slice with tuna mixture. Sprinkle grated cheddar over each piece.
- Broil for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
