Ingredients
100g- 150g sliced prosciutto
1/2 -1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup cooked tomato passata (jarred strained tomatoes with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp cooked onion)
4-5 fresh bagels
Handful of pickled artichokes or similar pickled jarred vegetable in Italian oil
2 tablespoons chilli oil
Handful of arugula
1 ball of burrata
Directions
In a large non-stick pan on medium heat place shredded and sliced prosciutto down on the pan immediately followed by the mozzarella.
As the cheese starts to melt spoon the sauce onto the cheese and then place the bagels on top of the sauce, face down.
Once the cheese starts to crisp and firm up, use a baking sheet or large platter to flip it safely off the pan.
Top it off with the pickled vegetables, chilli oil, and arugula.
Finish it off with the hero burrata spread it over the entire "pizza" bagel grab two pieces and make a killer sandwich.
