Pizza bagels

Skip the frozen aisle and make this cheesy and delicious childhood favourite at all.

Ingredients
- 100g- 150g sliced prosciutto
- 1/2 -1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup cooked tomato passata (jarred strained tomatoes with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp cooked onion)
- 4-5 fresh bagels
- Handful of pickled artichokes or similar pickled jarred vegetable in Italian oil
- 2 tablespoons chilli oil
- Handful of arugula
- 1 ball of burrata
Directions
- In a large non-stick pan on medium heat place shredded and sliced prosciutto down on the pan immediately followed by the mozzarella.
- As the cheese starts to melt spoon the sauce onto the cheese and then place the bagels on top of the sauce, face down.
- Once the cheese starts to crisp and firm up, use a baking sheet or large platter to flip it safely off the pan.
- Top it off with the pickled vegetables, chilli oil, and arugula.
- Finish it off with the hero burrata spread it over the entire "pizza" bagel grab two pieces and make a killer sandwich. Enjoy!
