Directions
- In Yarai with fresh ice, pour 60 milliliters home smoked maple wood whisky, 15 milliliters orange simple syrup, and four to six dashes chocolate bitters. Stir with bar spoon until desired dilution. Strain over fresh ice in vintage old-fashioned glass. Zest orange, express oils, and garnish. Torch cinnamon stick, giving a quick stir to the cocktail. Serve with chili spiced dark chocolate.
