Spicy bone broth immunity sipper
Ingredients
- 2 cup bone broth
- 1 inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. In a pot warm the bone broth, grate in ginger and garlic and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in turmeric, raw honey and chili flakes.
3. Season with salt and scallion and sip from your favourite mug.
