Ingredients
Chili Honey
2 tablespoons dried Thai chili flakes
12 ounces honey
Cocktail
1 ounce Thai chili honey
2 ounces bourbon
½ ounce grapefruit vodka
1 ounce fresh lemon juice - lemon peel, to garnish
Ice (to serve)
Directions
For the Honey
Place the chilies and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Allow to infuse for 5 minutes, strain through a mesh sieve and allow to cool completely.
For the Cocktail
Combine bourbon, vodka, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker; fill shaker with ice.
Shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon twist. Enjoy!
